各協定校の派遣枠が確定次第、順次、協定校別募集要項ページにて掲載予定です。

2025年度秋募集 カナダへの出願について（重要）/Important notice for application to Canadian partner universities in the AY 2025 Fall Round
2025年度派遣交換留学秋募集において、カナダの協定校への学内選考出願を受け付けますが、2024年1月にカナダ政府より発表された、留学生に対する就学許可証（Study Permit）の発行数制限の方針の影響により、仮に学内選考にてカナダの協定校に合格した場合であっても、予定通り1学年間の交換留学に参加できない可能性が大いにあります。交換留学先としてカナダの協定校を候補に挙げている場合は、必ずこちらより詳細を確認のうえ、慎重に学内選考にご出願ください。
In January 2024, the Government of Canada introduced a temporary, two-year cap on the number of issued international Study Permits ("SPs") to students wishing to study in Canada. In light of the current circumstances on SPs, the International Centre has decided to accept applications to exchange programs at our partner universities in Canada for the AY 2025 Fall Round (deadline: September 2024), however, even if you are selected as a nominee for an exchange program at one of our Canadian partner universities, there is a strong possibility that you will not be able to participate in the exchange program for a full academic year as planned. If you are interested in studying at one of our Canadian partner universities, please check the details from here and carefully consider the risks before making your choice.
春学期の成績を含む成績証明書の発行開始日について/ Start date for issuing transcripts including spring semester grades
通常、春学期の成績を含んだ成績証明書は9月22日（秋学期開始日）に発行開始となりますが、今年度は祝日および振替休日が間に入ることから、9月24日以降に発行開始となります。成績証明書の発行開始から学内選考出願締切日までタイトなスケジュールとなりますが、期日までに成績証明書を入手のうえ、出願を完了させてください。成績証明書の発行に関する詳細は、塾生サイトをご確認ください。
Normally, transcripts containing spring semester grades are issued on or after September 22, but this year they will be issued after September 24 due to holidays in between. Despite the tight schedule between the start of transcript issuance and the application deadline, please obtain your transcripts and upload them when you submit your application. For information on issuing Transcript of Academic Record, please refer to the Student website.
誓約書への捺印の省略について/ Omission of Seal on the Written Oath
2025度出願より、派遣交換留学への出願に必要な誓約書への捺印（印鑑の使用）が省略可能となりました。その代わりとして、学生および保証人が、直筆にて誓約書に署名してください。Starting with the AY 2025 application, it is possible to omit the use of a seal (inkan) on the Written Oath. Instead, the student and guarantor must sign the form in their own handwriting.
KEIO IC-NET上でセキュリティーのかかったPDFファイルをアップロードする場合について/ How to upload a secured PDF file to KEIO IC-NET
一部のPDF証明書類には、改ざん防止を目的として、ファイルにセキュリティがかかっている場合があります（例：語学の公的試験の能力証明書等）。KEIO IC-NET上で、セキュリティーのかかったPDFをアップロードした場合、エラーでアップロードが完了できない場合があります。そういった場合には、一度、ファイルをプリンターで印刷し、そちらをスキャナーでスキャン（PDF化）したものをアップロードするようにしてください。
Some PDF documents (e.g. official language certificates) may be security protected to prevent tampering. When you upload a secure PDF file to KEIO IC-NET, you may not be able to complete the upload due to an error. In such cases, please print the file on a printer, scan it (converting to PDF), and upload it.
