Undergraduate programs open to exchange students
Arts, Education, Law, Science, Engineering, and Commerce. Students must already be registered in the same degree program (or at least focusing on the same subject) in their home university.
Only those students applying to be admitted to the Faculty of Applied Science (Engineering) will be permitted to register in Engineering courses.
Also, only those students pursuing a degree in Engineering at their home university will be admitted into this faculty for exchange.
Access to computer science (CPSC) courses is given to students majoring in Computer Science at their home university.

Undergraduate programs NOT open to exchange students Vancouver: Audiology and Speech Sciences, Dentistry, Journalism, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Rehabilitation Sciences and UBC Vantage College are not open to exchange students.
Some subjects are not available to exchange students even in the faculties that are open to them. For example, Theatre and Film have most courses not open to exchange students. Please refer to the website below for details:

Okanagan: Nursing and Education are not open to exchange students. First-year courses of English have limited availability due to popularity.

▪カナダは治安が良く、勉強する環境が整っており、ブリティッシュ・コロンビア大学はカナダの中でも有数の大学であり、学生数も多い大きな大学であったため志望した。
▪バンクーバーは、カナダの中では大きい都市であり、ダウンタウンは人も多く近代的だが、学校周辺は自然も多く海に囲まれており環境が良い。治安が良く、また交通の便が良いため週末などはダウンタウンに出かけて楽しめた。
