University profile The university, a national key university under the direct jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education of China, owns more than 100 years of history and always ranks in the top of universities in China. Today, it is a comprehensive research university offering programs in nine areas--science, engineering, medicine, economics, management, art, law, philosophy and education--with a major emphasis on science and engineering. It includes 20 schools, eight undergraduate residential colleges, and eight affiliated teaching hospitals. Located in the centre of China, Xi'an boasts outstanding culture and literature.

▪日本人が少ないので、ほとんどの時間を中国人や他の国の留学生と過ごすことになり、大変有意義。
▪留学を通して多くの友人ができ、中国に対する考え方も大きく変わり、将来の方向性も決まった。西安では、予想外の出来事や理不尽なこともある。でも今考えると、それらを全部笑って許せるほどの魅力がこの街と人々にはある。
