The APRU Undergraduate Leaders' Program 2021

慶應義塾大学が加盟しているAPRU（The Association of Pacific Rim Universities:環太平洋大学協会）による「APRU Undergraduate Leaders Program (ULP)」がオンラインにてフィリピン大学（フィリピン）主催により、10月18日（月）から29日（金）まで開催されます。テーマは"Sahaya: Science and Arts Harnessing the Youth's Advocacies"です。
参加には本学からの推薦が必要ですので、本学にて選考の上、推薦いたします。
なお、本プログラムは2021年度秋学期中の開催となります。プログラム参加に際して、慶應義塾大学における授業履修や研究指導等に支障がないことを各自の責任において確認してください。学内選考を通過されましたら、国際センターとして学生を推薦をさせて頂きますが、プログラム参加期間中の学生の授業欠席などについて、国際センターとして特別措置等のサポートを行うことはありません（公欠扱いにはなりません）。

環太平洋大学協会（APRU）とは、環太平洋地域の教育・研究・企業経営における協力体制の構築を促し、同地域の経済・科学・文化面での発展に貢献するこ とを目的として1997年に創設され、環太平洋地域の16カ国50大学から構成される大学連合組織です。「優れた学業実績」、「研究推進力」、「グローバ ルな活動視野」、「イノベーションの次元」等の条件をクリアした大学のみが協会に参加することができます。慶應義塾大学は、2002年からAPRUメンバーに加盟しています。
プログラム概要
We are the creators, shapers, and movers of the future not only just for the Asia-Pacific region but also for the rest of the world. With the theme, “Sahaya: Science and Arts Harnessing the Youth’s Advocacies”, this year’s ULP will be hosted by the University of the Philippines (https://www.up.edu.ph) from 18 – 29 October 2021.
Sahaya means light and hope in the Tausug language of the Philippines, and we envision that through ULP 2021 youth leaders of the Asia-Pacific will uphold and embrace interdisciplinary, people-centered, and environmentally sustainable approaches and solutions to meet emerging challenges in the Asia-Pacific in an increasingly globalized world.
ULP 2021 will immerse youth leaders to the challenges of a developing country in the Asia-Pacific through a 12-day program of virtual lectures and workshops with proactive and interactive sessions on creativity, innovation, and empowerment together with local and international experts from the fields of Science and the Arts.
By joining the ULP 2021, youth leaders will gain a multifaceted perspective on achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the Asia-Pacific region and be equipped with necessary knowledge and skills on production of video blog or vlog and critical digital literacy which aims to develop active and engaged thinkers and creators in digital environments.
As an output for the program, youth leaders are expected to propose solutions to these emerging challenges by producing their own video blog or vlog.
Participants will also have the chance to meet exemplary leaders in their respective fields such as in good governance, environment and climate change, biofortification, and agriculture, among others.

若干名（本学からのフィリピン大学への推薦後、応募者多数の場合は、フィリピン大学において選考が行われる可能性があります。）
参加資格
正規生として本学に在籍する学部生（ただし、通信教育部生をのぞく）。
費用
・参加費用 USD 100
※参加学生の参加費は本学にて全て負担します。

・記入済みのAPRU Application Form（ワード形式） ※所定フォームはこちら
・最新の学業成績表または成績証明書（和文でも英文でも可）
・英語能力証明書（TOEFL、IELTS、TOEIC、実用英語能力検定等、英語能力を証明できる書類）
（２）学内選考合格発表： 2021年8月下旬（予定）
※学内選考後、本学から合格者をフィリピン大学に推薦します。本学からのフィリピン大学への推薦後、応募者多数の場合は、フィリピン大学において選考が行われる可能性があります。
