How to Apply
Online Registration Period:
10:00 am April 4 (Mon.) –3:00 pm April 12 (Tues.)
When the registration period begins, you will be able to register from this page.
Submission of Application Documents
1. Application Form (prescribed form: EXCEL, PDF)
2. Personal Statement (reasons and purposes for applying; around one A4 size paper) in English
3. A copy of latest grade report (grade report sent to the applicant’s guarantor in mid-March; first-year students do not need to submit)
4. A copy of certificate of English proficiency (TOEFL, TOEIC, or certificates of other English proficiency tests; students who cannot submit a certificate are not eligible to apply)
5. Application Checklist (prescribed form: Checklist)
Prepare the documentation above in the order of 1. to 4. and staple them (top left corner) as the original set. Prepare another set of the same documentation in the same order (stapled on the top left corner) as the copy set. Complete the Application Checklist (only one form required), attach it to the two sets of applications and submit.
Applications must be submitted on April 11 (Mon.) or April 12 (Tues.) during the office hours below.

First Screening Results
April 25 (Mon.)
The announcement of the first screening results will be made on the International Center website (access to web page requires security details). Only applicants will be informed of the method of announcement and other details. The first screening consists of a review of the application documents.
Second Screening (Interview)
May 6 (Fri.) 6:00-9:00pm Mita Campus
Meeting time and place will be announced with the first screening results. The meeting time will be different for each student.
Absence is not permitted. However, if an applicant has a class during the interview time stated above (May 6 [Thurs.] 6:00-9:00pm), the class time will be taken into consideration when setting the interview time as much as possible.
May 10 (Tues.)
The announcement of the final results will be made on the International Center website (access to web page requires security details). Only the successful applicants of the first screening will be informed of the method of announcement and other details.
