(塾生リーダー募集【7/28午前10時締切】）日本と中国の文化交流講座 Online Lecture Series (including a networking session): Understanding Japanese and Chinese Cultures

慶應義塾大学 国際センターでは、中国の復旦大学学生を対象に「日本と中国の文化交流講座」として、昨年に引き続き、今年もオンライン講義および交流会を開催することとなりました。 日中文化に関するオンラインでの講義および、交流会のいずれにおきましても、塾生も参加が可能となります。参加者の募集は、８月上旬頃を予定していますがそれに先立ち、交流会においてグループ内での取り纏め等を行っていただく、塾生リーダーを募集します。

Keio University International Center offers an online lecture series on "Understanding Japanese and Chinese Cultures" for students enrolled at Fudan University in China just like last year, and Keio students are also welcome to participate in any of the lectures.
This lecture series includes a networking session, providing a great opportunity for Keio students to interact with Fudan students. The registration to participate in the program will start around early August however, prior to the registration, we are looking for Keio students who can facilitate group discussion during the networking session as group leaders.

・活動内容/Your tasks：

2021年9月24日（金）17:15-18:15（日本時間）に実施する復旦大学の学生および塾生とのオンライン交流会において、円滑な交流が行われるように、担当グループのリーダーとして、積極的に取り纏め等を行って頂きます。（当日は、Zoomブレークアウトルームの機能を使用してのグループでの交流を予定。）
また、交流会に先立ち、8月～9月に事前研修を予定しています。詳細は塾生リーダーとしての参加をお願いすることとなった方にご連絡します。
これから留学を考えている方、また既に留学経験がある方等、これまで磨いてきた語学力を生かし、復旦大学学生と積極的に交流してくれるホスピタリティーのある塾生の参加をお待ちしています！

You need to faciltate group discussion as a group leader at Fudan-Keio studnets networking session which will be held online at 17:15-18:15pm on September 24 (Fri). (It will be group networking session by using Zoom break-out room function)  
It is also required that you attend group-leaders' orientation(s) held in August-September. The dates will be announced to accepted students at a later date.
To those who are planning to study abroad or have already studied abroad, it would be a great opportunitity to utilize your language skills and help Fudan students learn Japanse culture.

・謝金/Payments：

下記の通り、謝金が支払われます。/The following amount will be paid upon completion of your tasks at the networking session.
大学院生(Graduate students): 時給1,100円/ 1,100 yen per hour
学部生(Undergraduate students): 時給　1,050円/1,050 yen per hour

・使用言語/Laguages used：

中国語、英語（場合によっては、日本語も使用する可能性があります。）/Chinese or English（You may have opportunities to use some Japanse also. However, Japanese skill is not required.)

応募資格/ Participation criteria

・慶應義塾大学の学部または大学院に在籍中であること（但し、通信教育部をのぞく）。/
Full-time, regular undergraduate or graduate students enrolled at Keio University
 
・中国語、英語（場合によっては、日本語も使用する可能性があります。）にて、リーダーとして主体的にグループの取り纏めを行えること。/You need to be able to actively facilitate group discussion in Chinese or English as a group leader. You may have opportunities to use some Japanse also. However, Japanese skill is not required.
 
・9月24日（金）17:15-18:15（日本時間）に実施される交流会の他、9月20日（月）～9月24日（金）にかけて実施される講座に1日以上可能であること。可能な限り、多くの講座に参加できる学生が望ましい。講座については下記リンクよりご確認ください。/ Not only the networking session 17:15-18:15pm on September 24 (Fri), but also you are required to participate in lectures held between September 20 (Mon)- September 24 (Fri) at least one day. It is desirable that you participate as many lectures as possible.

・グループ内で円滑な交流ができるよう、復旦大学の学生および他の参加塾生をサポートしようというホスピタリティーのある者。日本文化を積極的に復旦大学の学生に紹介できる者。/ You need to offer hospitality to accomplish smooth communication between Fudan and Keio students. It is also required that you have motivation to help Fudan students learn Japanse culture.

募集締め切り：7月28日（水）10:00 / The registration deadline: 10:00 on July 28 (Wed)

※①参加理由（（日本語の場合）250文字以上、450文字以内）、②当日交流したいテーマ、➂参加予定講義日の記入が求められます。途中保存は出来ませんので、事前にご準備ください。/ You will be requested to fill out ①"Reasons for applying" ( If you are writing in English, minimum: 120 words maximum:220 words ), ②"Topics that you would like to discuss with Fudan students" and ➂"The lecture(s) that you can attend" on the registration form. As you cannot save the form in the middle, please be prepared before you start filling out the form.

参加許可通知/Notification of Acceptance

お申し込み頂きました後、塾生リーダーとしての参加をお願いすることとなった方へ別途メールで連絡予定です。
A Notification of Acceptance will be sent to accpeted students via e-mail.
