【重要】派遣交換留学の募集・学内選考における2027年度以降の変更点について / Important Notice Regarding Changes Beginning with the AY 2027 Fall Application Cycle

他学内留学プログラムとの併願の取扱いについて、これまでは、学内選考通過後の辞退は認めていないものの、学内の他の留学プログラムとの併願は妨げていませんでした。2027年度募集以降については、以下の通りの取扱いに変更します。
同時期に留学期間が設定されている他の学内留学プログラムとの併願は不可

Until now, while students have not been permitted to withdraw after passing the internal selection, they have been allowed to apply for other Keio study abroad programs at the same time. From the AY 2027 Fall application cycle onward, the following policy will apply:
Students may not apply concurrently for other Keio study abroad programs that take place during the same period as the Keio University Student Exchange Program.

各協定校の派遣枠が確定次第、順次、協定校別募集要項ページにて掲載予定です。
Once the exchange quotas have been finalised for each partner university, they will be published in the application guidelines for each institution.

TOEFL iBT スコアスケールの変更について（重要）/ Important notice on TOEFL iBT score scale update

2026年1月21日より、TOEFL iBTのスコアスケールが、これまでの 0-120 点から、1-6 へ 変更されました。学内選考出願にあたってTOEFL iBTのスコアを利用予定の方は、必ずこちらをご確認ください。
As of January 21, 2026, the TOEFL iBT score scale has been changed from the previous 0-120 scale to a new 1-6 scale. For those who plan to use your TOEFL scores for the internal screening, please make sure to refer here.

昨今の世界情勢における2027年度秋募集以降の出願について（重要）/ Important notice for application for the AY 2027 Fall Round and beyond in light of current global situation

昨今、世界の情勢は不安定です。ここ数年、カナダではstudy permitが発行されるか不透明な状況になったり、米国の新規ビザ申請のための面接が停止したりと、派遣交換留学に直接影響する事態が続発しています。2026年初頭には、中東の情勢悪化により、中東を経由する航空便が多大なる影響を受け、今後も見通しは不明瞭です。したがって、2027年度派遣交換留学秋募集以降においても、仮に学内選考にて協定校に合格した場合であっても、今後の各国の方針や世界情勢によっては、協定校の定める到着期日に間に合わない・交換留学自体が中止となるなどの事態が、どの地域においても起こりえます。そのような状況に陥った場合であっても、国際センターでは、学内選考通過後に交換留学先の大学や留学時期（年度）の変更、留学期間の短縮には応じることができません。派遣交換留学の学内選考に出願される場合は、必ずこの点をご認識いただいたうえで、ご出願ください。
In recent years, the global situation has become increasingly unstable. Over the past few years, there have been a number of developments directly affecting outbound exchange programs, such as uncertainty surrounding the issuance of study permits in Canada and the suspension of interviews for new visa applications in the United States. In early 2026, the worsening situation in the Middle East significantly impacted many flights transiting through the region, and the outlook remains uncertain. Therefore, for applications from the AY 2027 fall round onward, even if you are successfully selected as a candidate for the exchange program at a partner university, depending on the government policies of each country and the global situation, you may not arrive within the timeframe prescribed by the partner university or the student exchange program itself may be suspended regardless of the destination region. Please note that even in such circumstances, after passing the internal screening process, in principle, the International Center will not be able to offer you an alternative exchange destination, change the academic year in which your program takes place or shorten the study abroad period to one semester. If you are considering applying for the exchange program, please ensure that you fully understand these conditions before applying.

KEIO IC-NET上でセキュリティーのかかったPDFファイルをアップロードする場合について/ How to upload a secured PDF file to KEIO IC-NET

一部のPDF証明書類には、改ざん防止を目的として、ファイルにセキュリティがかかっている場合があります（例：語学の公的試験の能力証明書等）。KEIO IC-NET上で、セキュリティーのかかったPDFをアップロードした場合、エラーでアップロードが完了できない場合があります。そういった場合には、一度、ファイルをプリンターで印刷し、そちらをスキャナーでスキャン（PDF化）したものをアップロードするようにしてください。

Some PDF documents (e.g. official language certificates) may be security protected to prevent tampering. When you upload a secure PDF file to KEIO IC-NET, you may not be able to complete the upload due to an error. In such cases, please print the file on a printer, scan it (converting to PDF), and upload it.
