University profile SUTD is Singapore's 4th public university established in 2009, and one of the world's first university to incorporate the art and science of design and technology into its interdisciplinary curriculum and research. SUTD was established in collaboration with MIT and incorporates elements of entrepreneurship, management and design thinking in its unique programmes.

Dormitory information While a limited number of single (non-ensuite) rooms have been set aside for incoming exchange students, on-campus housing is not guaranteed. On-campus housing application for incoming exchange students is based on availability and is allocated through a ballot process. Applications are no longer considered on a first-come-first-served basis. Students would need to be prepared to live off-campus given the limited housing spaces at SUTD Hostel. Students may consider the list of off-campus accommodation options (https://sutd.edu.sg/campus-life/housing/off-campus-accommodation).
