University profile Tsinghua University was established in 1911. At present, the university has 14 schools and 56 departments with faculties in science, engineering, humanities, law, medicine, history, philosophy, economics, management, education and art. It has now over 25,900 students, including 13,100 undergraduates and 12,800 graduate students. The educational philosophy of Tsinghua is to "train students with integrity." ▪社会科学学院国際関係学系は、中国の対外政策に関する講義や研究が充実していることに加え、政府部門のトップを客員教授とした講義が多数ある。中国が現実に実施している外交や内政に携わる教授も在任されている環境は、清華大学でしか得られない貴重なものであると考えたため志望した。
▪留学生に対して開放的な印象。授業においても留学生が積極的に意見を言える雰囲気であった。
