| University profile | As a community of teachers and students, in the tradition of European universities and in the spirit of Heinrich Heine, the University of Duesseldorf offers education in an atmosphere of tolerance, promoting respect for minorities and coexistence across national borders. Since the University of Duesseldorf is deeply ingrained in this European cultural and educational tradition, one of our missions as a university is scientific research and instruction within a network of international cooperation. | Dormitory information | A limited number of rooms in the dormitories is available for exchange students. The International Office will ask you to apply for a dorm room immediately after admission. Late nominees cannot apply for a dormitory room. |
