▪ドイツの中でも外国人の多い街で留学生も多く、英語を話せる人も多くて住み易かった。観光地のため特にケルン大聖堂付近・中央駅周辺はスリが多く気をつけなければいけない。またドイツの中でもLGBTに寛容な街でパレードなどが定期的に開かれたりもしている。 |
