Housing for International Students

Applications for Keio University dormitories are accepted twice a year: in late January for those wishing to move in at the end of March, and in July for those wishing to move in September.

Qualification for Application

*International students who are currently enrolled or who have been admitted to Keio University, and who will hold a "Student" visa by the housing check-in date in principle.

*Students who are living in or applying for the JASSO dormitories or the company housing (shain-ryo) cannot apply EXCEPT students whose current lease of aforementioned residence is about to expire.

*Housing regulation is subject to change.

Period of Residence

The maximum length of stay is for one academic year.
Spring check-in (March) : ⇒ until the beginning of August, the same year
         OR
⇒ until the final weekday of February, the next year

Fall check-in (September) : ⇒ until the final weekday of February, the next year
        OR
the beginning of August, the next year
