PEARL International Student Life Orientation

You need a keio.jp account to view it. You must activate your keio.jp account before you can use it.
To do so, carry out the registration for keio.jp and obtain a Keio ID within the period stated below.
Activation period: Sept. 10 (Tues.) 3:00 p.m. to Sept. 19 (Thurs.) 3:00 p.m.

Scholarships
*This section covers scholarship opportunities for international students whose residence status is "student."
STEP 1: Complete the Scholarship Application Registration
To apply for scholarships, you must complete the scholarship application registration within the designated period every semester (spring and fall).
Please be sure to check the website below for information on how to complete registration procedures.

NEW students: September 24, 2024 (Tue.) - 11:00AM on September 30, 2024 (Mon.) *Deadline is Final* * Current students must register no later than 11:00 AM on September 18, 2024.
* NEW students must register no later than 11:00 AM on September 30, 2024.
* "New students" are classified as those who enrolled at Keio in September 2024. All others are considered "Current students." * The office is closed on weekends and holidays. We strongly recommend that you complete the registration process well in advance, as there may be some questions that arise during the actual registration process. * Registration is possible even outside of office hours (Saturday, Sunday, etc.), but please note that questions or inquiries cannot be answered on those days.
STEP 2: Apply for Scholarships Once you have completed the scholarship application registration, you can apply for scholarships offered by each foundation.
After obtaining scholarship information and carefully reviewing the application requirements, please prepare the designated application form and documents, then submit them via the designated Google Form.

Submission of copy of residence card
All international students are required to submit a copy of their Residence Card to the International Office of their main campus in the following scenarios:
1. When you enter Keio University
2. When the extension of your period of stay is approved and you obtain a new Residence Card
3. When a change in your Status of Residence is approved and you obtain a new Residence Card
4. When you newly obtain "Permission to Engage in Activity other than that Permitted under the Status of Residence Previously Granted"
Please attach a photograph, etc., that shows both your student ID card (after acquisition) and your residence card and upload it to the residence card submission form using a file name in the following style:
File name: [Residence card](student ID no. name)
Example: [Residence card](12345678 Taro Keio)
*Make sure your address is printed on the residence card.
*The 12 digits of your residence card number must be clearly shown in the image.
