Application Procedure
Send your application documents as a PDF file by e-mail to thesis-at-keio@adst.keio.ac.jp.*Applications sent to us outside the application periods below will not be accepted.

Application Documents
Please submit all six (6) documents below in one PDF file.
1. Application form [Thesis@Keio] Application Form - REV202405.docx
2. Research Plan at Keio written in English or Japanese (brief, itemized, and at most 1 page on A4 paper)
3. Official academic transcript issued within three months by your home institution
※If issued in a language other than English, attach an English translation.
4. Certificate of enrollment issued within three months by your home institution
5. Abstract of your thesis written in English or Japanese (at most 1 page on A4 paper)
6. Letter of recommendation (prescribed form) prepared within three months by your academic supervisor
7. Copy of your passport (the page including your photo)
