[Keio Summer Program 2026] Application *TENTATIVE
Application
● Complete the online registration by 09:00 a.m. on January 14, 2026 (Japan Standard Time).
*Nominated students will receive a link to the online registration form.
Submit the following via the online registration:
1. OFFICIAL transcript issued after October 14, 2025 that includes all your coursework and grades
*If issued in a language other than English, please also upload an English translation.
*The grading scale of your home university must be included, as well as your rank in class if possible.
2. A copy of your passport (*the page including your photo)
3. Photograph in JPEG format
(Color, taken within the last 3 months, of upper body and head from the front, no hat, plain background)
4. Study Proposal/Statement of Purpose *in less than 250 words (designated form)
*Explain why you would like to participate in this program and what you would like to achieve from it.
5. TOEFL score report or IELTS Test Report Form
*If your native language is English or you are currently enrolled in a degree program taught in English,
you do not need to submit any English test scores.
*The screening results will be sent to the registered e-mail addresses of applicants by February 9.

Program Fee Payment
Successful applicants will be asked to make the payment by credit card (VISA or Master Card) by 9:00 a.m. on February 13 (Japan Standard Time [JST]). Any applicable fees and charges necessary for the transaction shall be paid by the applicants.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made by e-mail to ic-short-program@adst.keio.ac.jp, before starting course registrations.
A refund of 242,500* JPY minus applicable fees and charges will be made by international wire transfer. *Subject to change
Cancellations made after starting course registrations in early April will not be refunded.
