Application Period

Applications open: 09:00 a.m. on February 3 (Japan Standard Time [JST])

Deadline: 09:00 a.m. on February 24 (Japan Standard Time [JST])

*The screening results will be sent to the registered e-mail addresses of applicants by March 15.

Application

Complete the online registration form.

※ You will be asked to upload the documents listed below.

1. OFFICIAL transcript issued after November 3, 2022 that includes all your coursework and grades
*If issued in a language other than English, please also upload an English translation.
*The grading scale of your home university should be included, as well as your rank in class if possible.

2. Certificate of Enrollment
*A document to prove that you are currently enrolled at your home institution
*If your transcript includes statements or descriptions that can prove your current enrollment at your home institution, you do not need to submit the Certificate of Enrollment.

3. A copy of your passport (*the page including your photo)

4. Photograph in JPEG format
(Color, taken within the last 3 months, of upper body and head from the front, no hat, plain background)

5. Statement of Purpose (*around 250 words)
*Explain why you would like to participate in this program and what you would like to achieve from it.

6. TOEFL score report or IELTS Test Report Form
*If your native language is English or you are currently enrolled in a degree program taught in English,
you do not need to submit any English test scores.

Program Fee Payment

Successful applicants will be asked to make the payment by credit card (VISA or Master Card) between March 15 and March 19. Any applicable fees and charges necessary for the transaction shall be paid by the applicants.

[Cancellation Policy]

All cancellations must be made by e-mail to ic-short-program@adst.keio.ac.jp, before completing course registrations.

A refund of 227,500 JPY minus applicable fees and charges will be made by international wire transfer.

Cancellations made after completing course registrations in early April will not be refunded.
