Application

● Complete the online registration by 9:00 a.m. on November 10, 2025 (Japan Standard Time). *Extended from November 4.KJSPアプリケーションページ用三田キャンパス画像.jpg
*Nominated students will receive a link to the online registration form.

Submit the following via the online registration:
1. A copy of your OFFICIAL transcript issued within three months in PDF format;
※If issued in a language other than English, please also upload an English translation.
2. A copy of your passport (the page including your photo) in PDF format; and
3. A photo in JPEG format.
4. Study Proposal/Statement of Purpose
※Explain (in less than 250 words) why you would like to participate in this program and what you would like to achieve from it.

※The screening result will be sent to applicants' registered e-mail addresses by around November 17.

Program Fee Payment

Successful applicants will be asked to make the payment by credit card (VISA or Master Card) no later than November 21.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by e-mail to ic-short-program@adst.keio.ac.jp, by 09:00 a.m. on January 23, 2026 (JST).
A refund of 370,000 JPY minus applicable fees and charges will be made by international wire transfer.
Cancellations made after 09:00 a.m. on January 23, 2026 (JST) will not be refunded.
*Exceptional circumstances may be considered, and decisions will be made at the discretion of the University.
*Details and supporting evidence (such as a doctor's note, a document issued by an embassy or consulate regarding visa issues, etc.) must be submitted to ic-short-program@adst.keio.ac.jp for consideration.
