Invitation to the NHK Symphony Orchestra Concert (Free of Charge)
The NHK symphony orchestra invites our international students to their regular concerts.
Enjoy the variety of masterpieces by NHK symphony orchestra!
１．Date:
Program A：Saturday, May 14, 2016 6:00p.m.
Program C: Friday, May 20, 2016 7:00p.m.
２．Application and the Number of Invited Keio International Students for each programs:
◎For application, contact the Office of Student Services(International) at your campus.
Program A：4 Students
Program C：6 Students
*Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Closing Date: May 2, 2016
*We are to close the list when the number of applicants reaches the quota.
３．Concert Venue: NHK Hall
Adress:〒150-8001 2-2-1 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Nearest Station: JR/Harajuku Station（Omotesando Exit）, Tokyo Metro/Meiji-jingu Mae Station （#２ Exit）

４．Dates and Opening Hours ：
Program A：Saturday, May 14, 2016 6:00p.m. (doors open at 5:00p.m.)
Program C: Friday, May 20, 2016 7:00p.m. (doors open at 6:00p.m.)
*Please go to the NHK hall early enough to be seated before the performance begins, otherwise you might not enter the concert hall.
５．Arriving at the venue ：
・Please come directly to the front entrance of NHK Hall, you will sign in there.
・Your student ID card is the ticket to the concert. So do not forget to bring it with you and show it at the entrance.
・Do not be absent without notification.
*If you have to be absent, please inform by email (seikatsushien@ml.adm.u-tokyo.ac.jp) or phone (03-5841-2473) immediately.
６．Programs ：
Program A (May 14) : Mozart / Concerto for 2 Pianos E-flat major K.365 and others.
Program C (May 20) : Beethoven / Symphony No.6 major op.68 "Pastorale" and others.
