KOSMIC's 28th Annual Japanese Speech Contest for the International Students

On December 8th, students, alumni, and faculty members gathered at the Enzetsu-Kan(The "Public Speaking Hall" located in Mita Campus) for KOSMIC's 28th Annual Japanese Speech Contest for the International Students.

Eight finalists took part, giving speeches on the theme "Reflections on my Home Country Since Coming to Japan". With each of the finalists presenting their own unique takes on the theme, the audience was treated to a mixture of humorous anecdotes, heartwarming stories, and shrewd observations covering a variety of topics, from the importance of a good breakfast to living with the Japanese love of rules.

The speech titles and nationalities of the prize winners are as follows:

First Prize

"Gun, Salad and Warmth" (Korea)

Second Prize

"My Two Home Countries" (Korea)
