Invitation to the NHK Symphony Orchestra Concert for International Students (February, 2020)
The NHK symphony orchestra invites our international students to their regular concerts.
Enjoy the variety of masterpieces by NHK symphony orchestra!
１．Date
①No.1933 Subscription (Program C)：Friday, January 31, 2020 7:00p.m. (doors open at 6:00p.m.)
②No.1935 Subscription (Program Ａ)：Saturday, February 15, 2020 6:00p.m. (doors open at 5:00p.m.)
２．Application and the Number of Invited Keio International Students for each programs

*Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis. The list will be closed when the number of applicants reaches the quota.
３．Concert Venue
NHK Hall : 〒150-8001 2-2-1 Jinnan, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
Nearest Station: JR/Harajuku Station（Omotesando Exit）, Tokyo Metro/Meiji-jingu Mae Station （#２ Exit）

５．Invitation Guidance Invitation guidance for the Concert of NHK Symphony Orchestra.pdf
・Please come directly to the front entrance of NHK Hall, you will sign in there.
・Please make sure bringing your student ID and showing it to the staff, when you get a ticket.
・Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the concert begins. You might not enter the conert hall if you are late.
・Preschool children are not allowed to attend the concert. Your family or friend cannot accompany to the concert.

【For International Students and Scholars】 Tea Ceremony and "Ozouni" for the New Year
Keio Welcome Net would like to inform you about our event “Tea Ceremony and "Ozouni" for the New Year”.
We are happy to invite you and share with you the joy of celebrating the arrival of the year 2020 with authentic tea ceremony and traditional new year dish of “ozouni.” It will give you some idea of how Japanese New Year is like. There will also be a trial corner where you can make and taste your own Matcha.
