Invitation to the NHK Symphony Orchestra Concert for International Students (June, 2018)

The NHK symphony orchestra invites our international students to their regular concerts.

Music Tomorrow 2018 : Tuesday, June 26, 2018 7:00p.m. (doors open at 6:15p.m.)

◎Please apply at the Office of Student Services(International) on your campus.

25 Students, Closing Date: 12:00 on Friday, June 22, 2018

*Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.

*We will close the list when the number of applicants reaches the quota.

<Tokyo Opera City> Access

Adress: 3-20-2, Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo

Train / Subways: Hatsudai Station on Keio Shinsen (East exit) : 5 min. walk

Nishi-Shinjuku 5-chome on Toei subway Oedo Line (Exit A2) : 17 min. walk

・Please come directly to the front entrance of the hall, you will sign in and get your ticket there.

・Your student ID card is the ticket to the concert. So do not forget to bring it with you and show it at the entrance.

・Do not be absent without notification.

*If you have to be absent, please inform by email (y-utiyama@nhkso.or.jp) or phone (03-5793-8161) immediately.

*Please make sure to arrive at the venue 30 minutes before the concert begins.
