1.
Be a national of a World Bank

borrow, click here.
2.
Be between the age of 25 and
45.
3.
Hold a Bachelors degree or
its equivalent in commerce, economics, law, or a similar discipline,
with the evidence of a distinguished academic record.
4.
Have at least four years of
recent full-time professional experience in the field of tax policy
and administration in the applicant's home country or in another
developing country.
5.
Demonstrate proficiency in
the English language at the level of a TOEFL score of 550 (PBT), 213
(CBT) or 79-80 (ITB) or better, or an IELTS score of 6.0 or better.
