Online Registration of the Japanese Language Program (SPRING SEMESTER 2013)
About the Online Registration (web registration) ***
Online Registration will be available during the registration period.
Applicants for the Japanese Language Program must register online
before submitting their application documents.
Please read the notes and instructions below carefully before registering.

Online Registration Period
Please note that the online registration period differs from the period for
submission of application documents.
Online Registration Period for Fall 2012 Admission

Notes: Read carefully.

Enter the necessary details in ROMAN
ALPHABET and ARABIC NUMERALS only. Please DO NOT use Japanese or other
characters or numerals. |
| ii) |
Online registration alone does not constitute a complete
application. To complete the application, a paper-based application must
also be submitted. |
| iii) |
The deadline for online registration cannot be extended
under any circumstances, even if data transmission is delayed by computer
problems or it is not possible to access the online registration site owing
to heavy network traffic. The online registration should be completed in
plenty of time. |
| iv) |
Once all the necessary details have been entered, the
"Online Registration is completed" screen must be printed out and submitted
as one of the supporting documents for the application. |
Online Registration Instructions
Step 1. Go to the bottom of this page and click on the Online Registration link.
Step 2. Enter the necessary details in ROMAN ALPHABET and ARABIC NUMERALS
only, following the example below.
Step 3. When you have entered all the necessary details, click the "Go to Confirm
Details page" button.
Step 4. The "Confirmation of details" page will appear.
Step 5. If the details you have entered are correct, click the "SUBMIT"
button to send them to the Keio University Center for Japanese Studies.
Step 6. When transmission is complete, the following screen will appear. Print
out this screen and submit it as one of the supporting documents for your
application.
