Instructions for the submission of full papers

Manuscripts should be submitted in a single file (including text, notes, references, figures, and tables) in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format.

The length of an article (including tables, figures and appendices) should not exceed 35 pages. Manuscripts should be typed double-spaced (except tables and figures) according to the following format:

1) The first page should contain the article's title, author's name and affiliation,         complete mailing address, and a suggested running head (abbreviated form of the  title).

2) The second page should contain a short abstract of approximately 100 words and a list of keywords.

3) Footnotes, references, tables, and figures should be placed on separate pages    at the end of the manuscript and properly numbered.

4) References in the text and in footnotes should follow the author-date format; for example, (Becker, 1964; Mincer, 1974). References should be typed according to the following formats:

The file should be titled "UniversityName_FirstName_LastName.pdf".

Your paper will be sent to the other paper presenters in your session, and to the session chair.

We are going to produce a CD-ROM containing all the conference papers for distribution to all participants during the conference. On the online registration form, please indicate whether you want your paper included in the CD-ROM.

All full papers must be submitted to ic-full-paper-dsc@adst.keio.ac.jp by 25th June at the latest as an email attachment . Please be sure to specify your registration number.

If your full paper is submitted late, it will not be included in the CD-ROM regardless of the choice you indicated on your registration form.

Note: 1) If you are using Windows Vista or the 2007 Microsoft Office system, the pdf file should be prepared also compatible in a pre-released version of the system. 2) The file should have lower security settings to streamline the procedure for producing the CD-ROM.
